What are Kung Fu Panda Training classes? Glad you asked! We have a special class inspired by the Kung Fu Panda movie featuring its Training Hall! We’ll have 6 stations set up that everyone will move through: The Adversary, the Jade Tortoise of Wisdom, the Gauntlet of Wooden Warriors, the Field of Fire, the Seven Talon Rings and the Seven Swinging Clubs of Instant Oblivion! Students and their guests will have to do different karate moves at teach station and will move in groups to the next one! PLUS—we’ll have an appearance by the Kung Fu Panda—so parents, be sure to bring your cameras! You don’t want to miss out on this photo-op! And if your child brings friends, make sure their parents come with their cameras! Every child who comes to this class will receive a collector’s edition copy of Kono Magazine, the martial arts magazine designed and written for children!

That is how American Karate Studios in Newark, Delaware has become a household name in the martial arts industry world-wide. Now, let us tell you about ourselves and what we are all about. Perhaps, after reading about us, whether you are a former student, a current student or a prospective student you will appreciate us a little bit more. We hope so! American Karate Studios has been in Delaware since 1970, and located at its present location, 16 Polly Drummond Center, since 1978. We're established! Our state-of-the-art facility has over 10,000 square feet with ten classrooms and four separate changing rooms. We feature special observation areas designed for parents and friends to be able to watch ongoing classes in comfort without interfering or distracting the students.
