is Tai Chi? Tai Chi is a discipline of slow-motion exercise, which through graceful and flowing movements fosters relaxation, sensitivity, and mindfulness. This form of mind-body exercise utilizes various stances, postures, leg maneuvers, arm motions and hand positions synchronized with special breathing techniques to achieve a moving meditation for its practitioners.
