FITNESS KICKBOXING SCHEDULE

There are two basic types of fitness kickboxing classes that are offered: Circuit Training and All Cardio Training.  All classes, regardless of the format, are held to upbeat, energizing music!

The Circuit Training Classes offer stations which alternate working on the upper and lower body with various pieces of equipment and heavy bags for kicking and striking.  After the station workouts  are cardio segments consisting of Tae Bo style movements.  These classes are generally recommended for the novice Fitness Kick boxer, or for someone who is just beginning or resuming a fitness regimen.

The All Cardio Classes feature non-stop Tae Bo style moves for 25 minutes straight.  Then floor work to concentrate on the hips, thighs, buttocks and abdominals is conducted for 10 minutes, followed up by another 10 minutes of either bag work or the Tae Bo style moves again.  These classes are generally recommended for someone who is at least moderately experienced in fitness kickboxing and has at least a moderate fitness level. 

The Circuit Training Classes are held:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 
5:10 pm 
Saturdays: 9 am

The All Cardio Classes are held:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 7:45 pm

New students must arrive to the facility 30 minutes prior to the class to receive a FREE INTRODUCTORY LESSON, including safety pointers, technique instruction and stretching techniques.
