JUNIOR/TEEN ALL-STAR DEMO TEAM

The Junior/Teen All-STAR Demo Team is comprised of children and teens, ages 10 and above.  These students have committed themselves to being ambassadors for AKS, serving as role models for the other students in the classes.

Each of the students must assist a Black Belt teacher in at least one Kenpo class per week.  They all attend a special All-STAR training class each week which develops not only their martial arts skills, but their assisting skills too.  Each team member must also be a member of the Black Belt Club, maintain a "C" average or better in scholastic work, and make consistent good progress towards their next belt rank.

Finally, the Team members participate in demonstrations that are held in a variety of locations such as the AKS Black Belt Spectaculars, various daycare centers, organization functions and Kickfest, held in conjunction with Riverfest to benefit the Boys and Girls Club, on the deck at Kahunaville (held the last Saturday in September).
